You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The deadline for withdrawing from the contract expires 14 days after the day you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Promotorzy Trading Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością, ul. Odrowąża 15; 03-310 Warsaw; tel: +48 609 886 064; e-mail: sklep@dym.pl) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail). You may use the withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the information regarding your exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.
The goods should be returned to the Seller at the following address: Promotorzy, Marywilska 34, HALA G2, Warsaw, 03-228.
Effects of Withdrawal
In the case of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery you chose other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as used by you in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods or until we have received proof of their return, whichever comes first.
You must return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. These costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately 150 PLN.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
